The drunken half of my bachelorette party is Saturday night.

Because we are desperately trying to get this paper pushed through before I leave, since obviously I will not be completing experiments while on my honeymoon (as much as my PI is itching to buy me a mini-incubator so I can bring cells along with me), I just got sucked into coming into the lab Sunday morning for a full day of setting up one last experiment.

I am really going to regret this, aren't I?
